Miriam specialises in wills, probate and mental capacity law.

 

Her aim is to empower clients to make the best choices for themselves and their families by explaining legal concepts in a friendly and understandable way.

Miriam qualified as a solicitor in 2008. She is a member of the Society for Trusts and Estate Practitioners, a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a member of the Law Society Private Client group. She has been awarded the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising Vulnerable Clients.

Miriam gives talks for the Alzheimer’s’ Society and other organisations on wills and is the co-author of Succession, Wills and Probate published by Routledge.
